Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026. ZodiacSign (“we”, “us”) operates the ZodiacSign mobile app and website. We are a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect

• Birth details (date, and optionally time and place) — only if you use kundli-lite or personalised features. Birth time/place are optional and requested only when a feature needs them.
• Reference location — the city you choose for panchang accuracy.
• Preferences — language, chosen rashi, notification settings.
• Device & usage data — for reliability, analytics and advertising, as disclosed in the store Data Safety / App Privacy labels.

How we use it

To compute your panchang and rashifal, deliver your morning reminder, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data. We do not profile or serve targeted advertising to anyone under 18.

Your rights (DPDP)

You may access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time from Settings → Privacy, or by emailing our grievance officer below. We action deletion/export requests within 90 days.

Security

Birth data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
